ABU's story

ABU was born out of my obsession with finding the coolest secondhand gems for my daughter, Kiek. I’m Mea, mama to Kiek and founder of ABU. When my daughter was born in May 2025, I realized how quickly babies outgrow their clothes – and how much beauty is already out there in secondhand pieces. Even before becoming a mom, I was already hooked on hunting vintage gems for friends with kids. Soon, I was doing full-on vintage hunts for them too – sending links, sharing outfits and loving seeing their kids running around in those cool, cute, and unique vintage finds. Abu’—the very first little word my daughter brought into the world.
