Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped with DHL to make sure your package arrives quickly and reliably. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5,45 For orders over €50,- shipping is free :).

This shop is run out of passion alongside a full-time job and motherhood, so orders are usually sent within 3 days. In case you need something sooner, just drop a message in the chat and I’ll see if it can be shipped earlier.

Hopefully you’ll love your order, but if not, items can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs and the risk of sending the package back are the responsibility of the sender. For any questions about returns, just reach out — happy to help!

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

The webshop offers second-hand and vintage children’s clothing. As these are pre-loved items, minor signs of wear may occur. Any notable details will be described and/or shown in the product listing.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT (if applicable). Payment must be completed in full before the order will be shipped.

5. Shipping
All orders are shipped with DHL. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €3,70 for a mailbox package and €5.45 for a 'normal' package depending on the size of the items in the order. For orders over €50, shipping within the Netherlands is free. Orders are usually shipped within 3 days. If you need faster shipping, please contact us via chat to see if this is possible.

6. Delivery
The webshop strives to ship all orders on time. However, delays caused by DHL are beyond our responsibility. Risk of shipment transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to DHL.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Return shipping costs and the risk of return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

8. Exceptions to Returns
Items that have been clearly worn, damaged, or are not returned in their original condition cannot be accepted.

9. Warranty and Liability
As the webshop sells vintage clothing, no standard manufacturer’s warranty applies. However, the webshop guarantees that the products match the description provided at the time of purchase. Any complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
